Description

This class is for advance and covers the basics of self defense to include: awareness training, mindset of a predator, going from victim to survivor mindset, dealing with stalkers, using your intuition, verbal de-escalation and how to escape a larger and stronger attacker.

Age Limit: 12 yrs – 70 yrs 11 months
