College & High School Self-Defense Workshop / Naperville
What does the S.AF.E. Program teach?
S.A.F.E program gives your loved ones the information they need to live a safe life in the real world. S.A.F.E. teaches young adults how to be aware of, resolve and manage both mental and physical conflicts that might arise during their lifetime. This system is much more than a martial arts self-defense program. It teaches students how to become their own BODYGUARD. Learning how to assess situations for danger, understand the difference between a victim and survivor mindset, using the body’s natural alarm system or intuition, verbal deescalation and physical tactics on how to escape an attack.
S.A.F.E. is a 4 hour program and was designed by a former USMC Security Forces Team Leader and Professional Bodyguard with over 40 years of martial arts experience.
