4 th Degree Black Belt in Aiki Ninjutsu/1 st Degree To-Shin Do

I have been studying Aiki Ninjutsu for over 20 years. I initially started training for the
mental and physical benefits of doing Martial arts. This has allowed me to be more
confident and empowered going through life on a personal and professional level. I
have always been outgoing and athletic, training has allowed me to challenge myself in
different ways than standard sports and activities.

The physical training has also been key in helping me with self confidence in defending
myself and others in my life. However, this is not only on the physical level but also the
mental side in how to be more aware of my surroundings and maintaining a level head
when conflicts arise.

Doing Aiki Ninjutsu and being able to teach has been such a benefit to my life that it is important for me to pass this knowledge onto others as much as possible. Empowering women to be more confident in themselves and around others is one of the most important and invigorating things I’ve done in my life. My goal is to reach as many people as I can with the knowledge that I have learned over the years. Along with this I love learning from all my interactions on a daily basis.

Other than martial arts I love traveling, hanging out with friends and enjoying the outdoors such as hiking and fishing.
